Client Case 1:
I conducted a Peak
Performance workshop in Bologna, Italy, in collaboration with Promostudio
International Consultants, at the prestigious International Program for
Development of Economic and Managerial Competencies, organized by the
Chamber of Commerce of Bologna. Over 200 senior executives attended. My
workshop was the launch of a series of monthly events taught by
world-renowned experts and professors, such as David Croson and Douglas
Anderson, culminating in a Master Class by Robert Engle, Nobel Laureate in
Economics in 2003. [View the Brochure]

Client Case 2: The New York Knicks community
engagement team has non-stop yearly schedule that requires them to perform
under extraordinary physical and emotional pressure. The NBA Team they
represent is the most valuable and popular of the entire basketball
franchise system. Their New York location is considered the one of the
premier event stages and arguably the best known in the world. Until
my workshop at Madison Square Garden, this NYK division had never
experienced a Beyond Personal Best workshop, which gave them the opportunity to
express their problems, design a Blueprint to manage their energy, as well
as establishing parameters to avoid burnout and loss of motivation.
Thanks to this new awareness and performance rituals, their extensive impact
in the community continues to grow and to create goodwill for the brand
wherever they go. |

Client Case:
A Swiss Private Bank
requested a two-day strategic planning session to introduce the new CEO to
the Regional Division. The event took place in Vevey,
Switzerland. The focus of the meeting
was to foster communication among executives from a network of distant
offices. The new corporate strategy had to be explained and new,
creative ideas were required to implement it. I gave a presentation
on change management and "future design" to describe the thinking
framework. The agenda I designed with
the CEO centered on the exploration of approaches to achieve "quick wins."
The Division worked systematically in groups on the exploration of
strengths, opportunities and short-term commitments to ramp-up revenue. The event closed with a
customized music video featuring all participants who creatively represented
their vision for success within three years.

Client Case: A Swiss Private Bank's division
needed to communicate the new corporate strategy and introduce new team
members who came from four different organizations that had been recently
acquired. The two-day event took place in Interlaken, Switzerland.
The agenda included intensive group interaction through exploratory
workshops and teambuilding exercises. There was strong emphasis on
analysis, exploration of new internal alignments and
co-creation of revenue-generating approaches. I gave a presentation on Peak
Performance to tie the theme to their objectives. The participants produced a
Performance Blueprint to consolidate their commitments and alignment with the management strategy.
I also created a custom
music video featuring all participants during the development of their
Blueprint, shown at the end of the event. |

Client Case: ABN AMRO Private Banking invited
me to participate in the design process of their first Private Clients Web
Portal, which required an in-depth analysis of how the online experience
could be unique, secure and easy to use for the global users. I
organized an Innovation Workshop that gathered a cross-section of
stakeholders at the Zurich headquarters. The collaborative
effort yielded fundamental improvements (including some breakthrough
developments) that were incorporated in the Portal's architecture.
After the Workshop, I followed up with three Road Shows to engage private
bankers in creative thinking and expand on the look-and-feel and user-centered features before finalizing a
Pilot that would be ready for broad testing. |

Client Case: A Swiss Private Bank, requested
the coordination of a Strategy Design meeting
for the CEO, Partners and Senior Management to envision a new level of revenue growth.
They were moving into a brand-new building and needed to agree on how
to live up to their higher profile. The event took place in Lausanne, Switzerland. All participants
took the Myers-Briggs and the Belbin tests to identify the team's profile.
The results were shared and interpreted in reference to the group's
decision-making style. I also gave a presentation on Peak
Performance to emphasize the skills shared by high-performing executives and
professional athletes. The methodology utilized to sketch the strategy
yielded a large number of new ideas, which were categorized and prioritized
for their value to the corporation's relationship with their clients.
A short list of ideas was selected for their potential to deliver
exponential growth and implemented within 12 months. |
