I help business leaders align their brand and strategy through
experiences that generate intellectual and emotional engagement. My
background as playwright and documentary film producer merges seamlessly
with my passion for understanding what motivates people to achieve
Breakthrough. When I
design a corporate event or a conference, my purpose is
to mobilize people emotionally so they are free to
explore new ideas.
It's "affective marketing" that simultaneously recruits the audience's
heart and mind. As a client, you
benefit from my ability to "make the intangible
real" and deliver a memorable and transformational
experience at
world-class standards. I also represent The Nobels Colloquia,
an extraordinary yearly event organized
in Venice, Italy, with the mission to produce it in select cities around
the world. [Testimonials] |

My success in organizing corporate events is rooted in my ability to
translate concepts into empowering feelings that inspire people to act
constructively. Many of the projects I've managed have been
challenging, yet, regardless of their scale or complexity, they've always
helped leaders turn strategy into powerful storytelling that yields inspired
actions and profits. The size of the events varies from private
gatherings to large-scale meetings for over 300 people. The value I
provide is built on inspirational content, creative solutions, effective
management across cultures and cost-control.

ABN AMRO Private Banking Global Management Meeting
- Amsterdam, Netherlands |
|
I supervised the
organization of the annual Global Conference at the historic Duin &
Kruidberg castle near Amsterdam. The agenda included top managers' presentations, outdoor teambuilding
activities and off-site corporate entertainment. For outdoor teambuilding,
I designed the construction process of a "Tower of Trust" that involved
all 130 participants.
They were divided in teams and given written
instructions to build a tower representing Trust with unusual materials. The corporate entertainment
included a cocktail
during a boat trip on the Amsterdam canals, followed by a formal dinner at the
world-famous Rijksmuseum, facing the "The Night Watch" by Rembrandt van Rijn
and the Dutch Masters' collection,
while listening to a Baroque music trio. [View

ATKearney DACH Division "Powerhouse" Meeting - Berlin,
Germany |
I was engaged by Manres AG from Zurich,
Switzerland, to design and manage a large meeting for ATKearney's DACH Division
(German-speaking countries) at the recently inaugurated nHow Hotel in
Berlin. The Head of the Division decided to celebrate the achievement of a
highly profitable turnaround with its 320 employees in an event named
"Powerhouse." I proposed a totally interactive agenda, in which speeches
were kept at a minimum and all employees engaged in the analysis of "what
is," "what can be" and "what shall be" through conversations and creative
activities. The main activity was the creation of the "Powerhouse" TV
commercials by all participants professionally filmed in HD. The
entertainment included dinners and a party with a rock band. [View

ABN AMRO Private Banking - Beyond Wealth Summit - Venice,
Italy |
|
The
Client requested a secluded, upscale location to host a special event for
select members of an exclusive Investment Club of “wealthy inquisitive successful
entrepreneurs” (WISE) wishing to share their investment wisdom. I branded the
event as "Beyond Wealth: Mind, Technology and the Creation of Wealth." The
renowned
experts I invited to facilitate the meeting were Dr. Edward de Bono, Dudley
Lynch and Richard Saul Wurman. The location selected was the Island of Tessera in Venice, Italy,
at the time owned by Dr. Edward de Bono, who chaired the
event. Promostudio helped coordinate all the local logistics. The
participants stayed at Bauer Il Palazzo Hotel in San Marco and the private
dinners were booked at Do Forni and Antica Besseta. |

Bank Julius Baer Management Meeting - Interlaken,
Switzerland |
|
Julius Baer Bank requested
the design of an off-site meeting focused on "Beyond Personal Best." The purpose was
to communicate the new corporate strategy and introduce new team members who
came from four different organizations that had been recently acquired. The
two-day event took place at the Victoria Jungfrau Hotel in Interlaken,
Switzerland. The agenda included intensive group interaction through
workshops and teambuilding exercises. I gave a presentation on Performance
Architecture to tie the event's theme with the achievement of goals.
The participants produced a Blueprint to consolidate their commitments and
an Action Plan to reflect their alignment with the management strategy. The
Division showed extraordinary profits at the end of the year. |
