Marilyn Carpenter is the owner of V. James Coaching Consortium.  She works with small business owners and corporate executives on the practical applications of principles for making breakthroughs in their businesses and their lives.  She is a former Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Source Technologies, technology company. Marilyn has a passion for helping clients create right action for targeted growth.     

Carlos Salum is the president of Salum International Resources, a produced international playwright and a tennis coach who contributed to the careers of Grand Slam winners.  Carlos is the developer of Performance Architecture, a process that helps executives design a personalized blueprint for achieving peak performance, based on key training principles utilized by world-class athletes and sports teams.  His global clients are headquartered in the USA, Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Lou Solomon is the founder and CEO of Interact, a communications development firm.  She is a broadcast veteran with more than 25 years in the communications arena.  She writes a column for the Charlotte Business Journal entitled "Interacting in Business," and recently released her first book, Say Something Real - Humanizing Communication as Today's Best Business Strategy. 

Peter Popovich is trilingual, a top ranked tennis player, business owner and certified coach. A first-generation immigrant from the former Yugoslavia, Peter spent the first part of his career traveling the globe for Westinghouse Electric international sales.  Today owns a real estate franchise and is also a member of the faculty at Interact.

Carson Tate is a talented entrepreneur who understands that efficiency and simplicity are a big part of the solution.  She has a talent for analyzing an important work situation, customizing a solution and delivering results.  Carson is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers and was in the first class of 200 professional organizers nationwide to receive the CPO – Certified Professional Organizer designation.  She was recognized by the Charlotte Business Journal as a "40 Under 40."

Joan O. Wright, Master Certified Coach and President of O’Sullivan Wright, Inc. enables Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurial businesses to develop and retain the leadership strength and talent they need to achieve their goals. Her systematic assessment process targets “high potential” and “at risk” performers. In addition to helping client organizations achieve their desired business results, Joan helps leaders reach their own personal aspirations.
