About Sam Wazan
Sam Wazan, the founder and
former CEO of Stripling & Beck, Inc, an offshore IT services consultancy
firm, is the founder of Global Performer. After spending five years owning
and running an offshore IT firm, Sam applied his US business and cultural
know-how to develop a unique, relevant and no nonsense successful Cultural
Awareness & Collaboration training program allowing US companies to diminish
the time to reap the benefits of offshore outsourcing.
An expert in business
management, organizational change and business process design and
transformation, Mr. Wazan couples understanding of the significance of the
business drivers and technology, as well. He helps position companies to
succeed in outsourcing IT and/or back-office functions.
