Sample Tools

Prior to the Workshop:

  • Senior Management conducts a Confidential Web Survey among all participants to be used as a "Mood Meter."  The results are delivered on MS PowerPoint and discussed during the Workshop.  The Web Survey can have a number of sections dealing with the following aspects:

  1. Team stage

  2. Team responsibilities

  3. Team effectiveness

  4. Team goals and barriers

  • All participants can learn more about their individual thinking traits by filling-up The BrainMap from Brain Technologies Corporation.  The collected results help define the individual and collective thinking capabilities of the team

  • Participants can also benefit from filling up additional tools dealing with the individual performance, such as: Emotional Intelligence Evaluation, Performance Profile Questionnaire and Value-clarification Checklist

During the Workshop:

  • The team analyzes essential issues with the help of a variety of feedback and discussion tools

  • The agenda is crafted to create "emotional waves" throughout the timeline.  The waves are created through games, building exercises, outdoor activities and challenges, humor and nutrition breaks and a variety of audiovisual tools (music, movies, acting, etc.)

  • Creativity and innovation are strongly encouraged, using creative thinking tools and role-playing
