The retreat follows a carefully designed four-stages structure, curated and facilitated by Carlos Salum:
EXPOSITION: "What's Your Dilemma?" (Day 1) We begin by creating safe space to name what truly troubles you—organizationally and personally. Through facilitated dialogue and mountain adventures, we identify the challenges worth solving together.
DEVELOPMENT: "How Can We Solve This Together?" (Day 2) Working in small teams, we explore solutions using a blend of analytical rigor and creative experimentation. Outdoor activities—fly fishing, horseback riding, or clay shooting—provide metaphors and processing time for complex thinking.
RECAPITULATION: "If We're Better, We All Are Better" (Day 3) Teams develop and present innovative solutions, often using artistic or non-verbal expression. This creative constraint surfaces insights that traditional business presentations miss.
CODA: "Monday Morning and Beyond" (Day 3-4) We translate breakthrough thinking into concrete commitments, creating accountability structures and 90-day action plans that ensure the retreat's impact extends far beyond the mountain.
