Each participant starts with a single idea, their own or one handed to them on arrival, and runs it through a compressed version of the innovation method Carlos Salum has used with corporate teams, inventors and founders for forty-five years. Name the real problem rather than the stated one. Flip the constraint that appears to block it. Generate wide before narrowing. Then specify the idea tightly enough that a stranger understands it in thirty seconds.
